These terms apply to your use of the Miraviq website and its interactive demonstration. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Website information and demonstrations
This website describes systems we can scope, build and configure. Content is general information, not a promise of compatibility, availability, performance or business results. The interactive front-desk demonstration uses a fictional business and simulated data. Its records, qualification indicators, bookings and notifications demonstrate a possible workflow; they do not represent real appointments, messages sent, connected client systems or completed client work. Use example details only. The separate Calendly link is for arranging a real conversation with Miraviq.
Project scope and agreements
Requesting a call, viewing a demo or discussing a project does not purchase a service or commit either party to a project. Before paid work begins, scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, integrations and the expected timeline must be agreed in writing. Changes to that scope must also be agreed. The applicable project agreement governs those services; these website terms do not replace or change it.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not try to access systems without permission, introduce malicious code, disrupt the website, impersonate another person or misuse information obtained through it. Do not put confidential customer records, passwords or sensitive personal information into the demonstration. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect the website.
AI and human oversight
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Any deployed system needs testing and oversight appropriate to its intended use. Requirements for review, escalation, permissions and human involvement must be agreed for each project. Website examples do not establish that a system is suitable for legal, medical, financial or other regulated or high-risk decisions. Do not rely on demonstration outputs as professional advice.
External services and links
External services, including Calendly, operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control those services or their availability. An integration depends on the relevant provider’s APIs, permissions, subscriptions and technical requirements, which can change. References to categories such as CRM, calendar or email do not imply a partnership or an integration already implemented for your business.
Content and intellectual property
Rights in this website’s branding, content and software belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may view the website and use the demonstration to evaluate our services, but this does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish our branding or sell the website content. Rights in client materials, project deliverables and third-party components are addressed in the applicable project agreement and licences.
Availability and responsibility
We may update, suspend or withdraw website content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Make your own assessment before relying on website information for a business decision. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected. Project-specific warranties and liability provisions are addressed separately in the relevant agreement.
Applicable law, updates and contact
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business users, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms. This does not remove any mandatory rights or court access available to consumers under applicable law.
