MIRAVIQ

Terms

Draft for review - not yet effective

Prepared 8 September 2026. This starter text must be checked against the legal business details and actual website practices before publication.

About these terms

These terms concern use of the Miraviq website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement for a client project. The legal business operating Miraviq and its contact details must be confirmed before these terms are published.

Website information

The website describes the types of AI and automation systems Miraviq can scope and configure. Descriptions and interface examples are general information, not a guarantee of availability, compatibility, performance or business results.

Project scope and agreements

Requesting a call or demonstration does not commit either party to a project. Scope, deliverables, integrations, responsibilities, fees, payment terms and expected timelines must be agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to a project should also be agreed in writing.

Responsible use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or misuse information obtained from it. Submit only information you are authorized to share.

AI systems and human oversight

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. A project agreement should define suitable testing, review, escalation and human oversight for the intended use. Website examples do not establish that a system is suitable for a particular regulated or high-risk activity.

Third-party tools

Compatibility with external tools depends on their available integrations, APIs, permissions and terms. Miraviq does not control third-party services, their availability or changes to them. Generic tool categories shown on this website do not imply a tested integration or commercial partnership.

Intellectual property

Website content and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership of those rights. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, client materials and third-party components should be set out in the project agreement.

Availability and responsibility

Website content may change and access may be interrupted. Do not rely on this website alone to make a business or technical decision. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific warranties, remedies or liability limits must be agreed separately and reviewed under the applicable law.

Changes and contact

These website terms may be updated as the business develops. Contract changes remain subject to the relevant agreement. A confirmed business contact and any applicable governing-law or dispute provisions must be added after the legal business details are established.
